Musilk is an independent poster design project to express classical music by graphics and typefaces, and the theme of these five posters is Beethoven’s sixth symphony “Pastoral”. Beethoven added a title to each movement of this work to clarify the emotion (rather than the sense of picture) in the abstract music form, which is the first program music work in history. I used the German titles of five movements of the symphony as the main element of the poster design, and used different type design to convey the emotions expressed by the music. These original types tend to be more symbolic and retain a few graphic sense, which is in line with the relationship between the symphony’s movement title, composition and arrangement.

Musilk是一個自發的海報設計項目，旨在用圖形和字體來表達古典音樂。這一系列5張海報的主題是Pastoral，既貝多芬的第六交響曲「田園」，作者在這部作品的每個樂章裏加入了標題的概念，用來明確抽象音樂形式中的情緒感（而非畫面感），這也開啟了標題音樂的先河。我將「田園」交響曲五個樂章的德語標題作為海報設計的主體，通過不同字形的設計來傳達樂曲所表達的情緒，這些原創字形設計更多偏向符號感保留少數的圖形感，符合了原作樂章標題與作曲和編曲的關系。
